In 1927 O. Permyakova graduated from the Vkhutemas-Vkhutein. She worked in Moscow. She joined the membership of the AKhRR since 1924. O. Permyakova was an active participant of AKhRR/AKhR exhibitions: The VII Exhibition of AKhRR "Revolution, Way of Life, Labour" (Moscow, 1925); The VIII Exhibition of the AKhRR "Existence and Way of Life of the Peoples in the USSR" (Moscow, 1926); The IX Exhibition of the AKhRR (Moscow, 1927). At The XI Exhibition of the AKhR (the AKhRR having been reorganized in 1928) (Moscow, 1929) her picture "A children's Playround in the Commune" has been displayed. Her works were exhibited at The International Industrial Exhibition in Cologne (1929). She participated in The Soviet Art Exhibition in Berlin (1930).
