New Gallery Art Funds, established in 1989 in Moscow, specializes in Soviet art of Socialist
Realism of the 1920-50s. The Art Funds possesses the collection of Russian and
Soviet posters from 1880 to 1950s. This is one of the largest poster assemblage in Russia
among private collections (about 1000 depository units)

"New Gallery" Art Funds, established in 1989 in Moscow, specializes in Soviet art of 1920-50s. The principal programme of the Art Funds is to revive and reveal the artists' names, which were undeservedly forgotten for different reasons and were not duly appreciated in their time. The period of 1930-50s is not well known by art admirers and did not have proper professional reviews.

Everyone is familiar with the term "Socialist Realism", which is associated with the official art of totalitarian Stalin epoch. Still there were artists that belonged to the same art school, but had informal works, that remained unknown to the public.

Негосударственное некоммерческое учреждение культуры Художественный Фонд "Новая Галерея" создан в Москве 18 апреля 1989 года. Логотип официально зарегистрирован в Международном Реестре в 1990 году. Специализируется на советском искусстве Соцреализма 1920-1950х годов. Существует по принципу закрытой Галереи, где идет формирование и подготовка коллекций для дальнейших выставок, аукционов, а также оформления офисов и жилых интерьеров.

Главная программа - возвращение незаслуженно забытых старых имен. Таким образом, вновь увидели свет работы Бориса Владимирского, Владимира Гремитских, Николая Терпсихорова, Василия Иванова, Анатолия Талалаева и многих других.

Каждый знаком с термином "Социалистический Реализм", который связан с официальным искусством тоталитарной эпохи Сталина. Были художники, которые принадлежали той же самой художественной школе, но имели неофициальные работы, которые оставались неизвестными публике.
